For all lovers of Green Curry and Pad Thai, this half-day cooking class is whipped up just for you. Prepare to be picked up from your hotel and head to the Samui Institute of Thai Culinary Arts, an internationally-recognised cooking school and the food centre of Southern Thailand. Spend a couple hours learning the tricks of the trade, using fresh ingredients purchased daily from local markets to make iconic Thai dishes such as Pad Thai, Stir Fried Noodles with Prawns, Chicken Green Curry and Coconut Milk Soup with Chicken. After the class, sit down and enjoy a delicious meal of your making, before heading back to your hotel with a full stomach and new skills to impress any dinner party guest.

Around Samui Island & Fisherman Village
Discover the many wonders of the stunning Koh Samui, all-encompassing tour. After you?re picked up from your hotel in the morning, the first stop is the Ladd Koh viewpoint, where you will enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the island and Gulf of Thailand. Then, visit the famous Grandmother and Grandfather rocks on Lamai Beach while sampling a Sesame Coconut Caramel, a famous Thai dessert, from a nearby market. Up next, head to Wat Khunaram, a local temple that houses the mummified body of monk Luang Pho Daeng. Learn the history of his life and the mystery of his body, which has remained the same for nearly 40 years, before heading back out to nature for a swim at an incredible waterfall.
After soaking up the sun and splashing in the cascades of Koh Samui?s most evocative waterfall, dry off and pay a visit to the island?s Big Buddha statue, one of the most striking icons of the island which can be seen at a distance of several kilometres as well as by air when arriving on the island. The tour then wraps up at a local market in Nathorn Town, where you can pick up some souvenirs.

Afternoon, heading to Fisherman's Village, a historical part of Bophut, with rustic-style buildings housing boutique stores, trendy restaurants and a small selection of hotels lining the narrow Beach Road. Every Friday, the whole area becomes the site of the Fisherman?s Village Walking Street market, attracting huge numbers of shoppers from across the island for the amazing variety of wares and the lively atmosphere.

Day Trip to Coral Island/ Koh Tan by Catamaran (Private Basis)
Pick up time: 0800 - 0830 hrs
Coral Island is actually a pair of islands, Koh Tan and Koh Mus Sum, about half an hour south of Koh Samui. Travel by long-tail boat for a local-style tour of the beautiful undersea gardens. The un-spoilt setting is home to colorful fish of many shapes and sizes, and lies just offshore from a clean, crystalline beach backed by coconut palms and jungle.
Enjoy free flow of different juices and bottled water during the cruise with lunch prepared by a chef on board.
Snorkeling equipment and fishing gear with fresh baits are also available on board.
Transfer back to the hotel after the tour.

A friendly and knowledgeable guide will meet you at your hotel and escort you to the south coast of Koh Samui. From here, board a speedboat and head past the gorgeous ?5 Nest Islands?, where locals collect rare and valuable bird nests used in Chinese soups.
First stop on your journey is Koh Tan, where you will explore a magical underwater world, surrounded by an abundance of fascinating marine life, while snorkeling amongst the colourful coral reefs. Next up is Koh Madsum, a beautiful white sand beach with excellent opportunities for relaxing under the palm trees and swimming in the crystal clear water. Head back to Koh Tan to relax on the beach and enjoy a delicious lunch before returning to your hotel.
If the weather conditions allow stop along the way to admire the breath-taking views from one of the island?s best vantage points.

Angthong Marine Park & Snorkelling
Experience the beautiful sights of Angthong National Park. You will depart from Nathon Pier and head for the archipelago, which consists of 42 islands. It takes around an hour and a half to get there. Be prepared to see natural caves, blue lagoons and stunning rock formations. First island to visit is Mae Koh Island where the inner salt lake is located. Have lunch on the boat on the way to Wau Ta Lab Island. After lunch, on arrival at Wau Ta Lab Island, you will head for the National Park HQ for sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling or just simply relaxing on the white sand beach. Take in the breathtaking views around you.

Join-in Samui Islands by Cruise
Koh Tan is a few hundred metre off the south-west coast of Koh Samui near Taling Nam fishing village. It is a small, largely unspoilt island, known for its coral and marine life. The island has a small pristine village and no roads or cars. Koh Tan can be reached by local long tail fishing boat.
Koh Madsum is just south of Koh Tan, off the Laem Sor Chedi beach. The long sandy beach is a favourite with local Thai tourists, and there are often groups of students camping on the beach or singing songs around campfires.
The Five Islands: known locally as the ?Four Islands-Five Islands? because one of the islands is hidden when viewed from the shore. Sea Gypsy guards protect the valuable bird?s nests that are found within the caves and craggy rocks - the principle ingredient of Chinese bird?s-nest Soup, for which Hong Kong restaurants will pay up to $4000 a kilo!
